Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • All events require a deposit to secure the date and time. We realize that some events (i.e. weddings) are reserved a year or more in advance. We also understand that life happens.

  • Any event that is cancelled 30 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund of their deposit.

  • There are NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS after 30 days prior limit to the event has passed. We kindly ask for notification of your intent to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled event start time.

  • Failure of a timely notification to Cigars à la Cart in advance may result in travel charges in addition to the event deposit.

  • If you schedule an event that is within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
